At Cranbrook House of Hope, our staff is comprised of a devoted team of leaders who have been in ministry from anywhere between ten to forty years. They all carry a passion for revival and seeing the body of Christ and the broken restored to relationship with their heavenly Father.
Jeff & Dee-Anne Crozier
Jeff and Dee-Anne have been married for 25 years and have three amazing children. They have been actively involved in ministry for over 20 years and have a heart to see people released into all that God has for them. Dee-Anne is an anointed worship leader who has a heart to see people released into God's presence through engaged and active worship. Jeff is a gifted pastor and apostolic leader who loves people and loves seeing everyone he meets encounter Jesus. Both are avid cooks and love to entertain and share the latest of their culinary creations. Both have a passion for coffee and can often be found at Starbucks.
Roger & Rae-anne Guedes
Roger has been leading worship services for 15 years, chasing God's presence and intimacy through music. Rae-Anne is an early childhood educator and full time Mom. Rae-Anne and Roger were married in 2003, shortly after they met and fell deeply in love. They have four young world-changer sons: Gene, Lukas, William and Sawyer. The Guedes' spend their free time camping, fishing, quad-biking, and relaxing by the campfire. Come hunting season, Roger is nowhere to be found.
Brian & Kathleen Astaforoff
Kathleen graduated from Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in 2012 and shares her love for administration as our conference coordinator. She pursues the father’s heart through worship as a vocalist on the worship team. Brian has a long running passion for business and has a B.Comm in Finance. He desires to see our community impacted through kingdom excellence and relationship in everything he does. Kathleen and Brian were married in 2013 and are proud parents of toddler Ella who just turned four and Mikhail is two. Together they've lead various home groups helping to equip the HOH family. When the work week is out they’re off on adventurous road trips, hiking, camping and visiting friends and family.
